1. Completed and signed Membership Form and Code of Ethics

2. Copy of the death certificate or press announcement. Please be assured that this is only required to uphold the integrity and safety of our members and children. If for any reason this causes difficulties, please state on your application and this can be dealt with on a case by case basis. 

Once your application is processed, a co-ordinator in your area will contact you by email to tell you about our group, and how to access the online forum.
